Oli once suggested that if we do a pre-built squashfs package we should make it work like the flash installer and keep the squashfs data seperate from the actual package. Perhaps we could do something similar on the DVD, and have the data outside of the system's squashfs on the DVD. Perhaps we could get a button in Ubiquity that says "configure as LTSP server" in the advanced dialog that would call a configuration script that installs dhcpd, etc from the DVD and then copy the squashfs accross and also extract it again (so that someone could run ltsp-update-image again if needed). Obviously all of this would need some discussion and we'll have to work with other teams to make sure that it gets done properly.
