Thanks Gavin,

The change from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.254 was necessary for the next 
steps of booting my client.
But  I was not able to see the desktop of gnome or something like ldm 
because the client-build scripts in etc/rc2d complained about a missing 
file.

So I will wait for Tribe 3
