*APPEL A CONTRIBUTIONS pour colloque à TOKYO, 4-7 Mars 2021.*

Chères toutes, chers tous,

le prochain colloque du réseau européen de philosophie des sciences
sociales (*European Network for the Philosophy of the Social Sciences,
ENPOSS*), qui en est à sa *10°* édition, sera un *colloque conjointement
organisé* avec notre homologue asiatique (*Asian* *Network for the
Philosophy of the Social Sciences, ANPOSS), *qui s’est constitué l’an
passé, en 2019, lors d’un colloque à Tianjin (Chine), et avec notre
homologue nord-américain (les *Philosophy of Social Sciences Roundtables,
POSS-RT*), qui existe depuis 1998. Ce premier colloque co-organisé par les
trois réseaux fait suite à trois colloques conjoints organisés par les
réseaux européen et nord-américain (Venise, 2013, Seattle, 2015, Hanovre,
2018).

Ce colloque se tiendra au Japon, à *Tokyo, du 4 au 7 Mars 2021*. En raison
de la crise sanitaire actuelle, il aura lieu en vidéo-conférence. Il sera
co-organisé par *Reiko Gotoh (Hitotsubashi University)* *et*  *Kei Yoshida
(Waseda University)*.

*Un appel à contribution est lancé, avec comme date limite d’envoi des
résumés le 20 Décembre 2020.*

Un réseau latino-américain est en train d’émerger. Un réseau africain en
est aux prémices. Le but est de constituer à terme un réseau de réseaux qui
permette de *faire circuler sensibilités, idées et personnes dans toutes
les directions*, de s’enrichir ainsi mutuellement de points de vue divers
et d’éviter en même temps, autant qu’il est possible, les *biais* culturels
dans le domaine de la philosophie des sciences sociales et de la
philosophie sociale, domaines qui devraient être tout particulièrement
sensibles à ces questions.

 *Call for Papers*

The Asian Network for the Philosophy of the Social Sciences (ANPOSS), the
European Network for the Philosophy of the Social Sciences (ENPOSS), and
the Philosophy of Social Science Roundtable (POSS-RT) invite contributions
to their first joint conference. The conference will be held online due to
the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  Contributions from all areas in the
philosophy of the social sciences are encouraged. Moreover, contributions
from both philosophers and social scientists are welcome.

 *Submissions*

Contributions can be either of individual papers or of special-theme, and
they must be submitted through EasyChair:
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=posstky2021*. *Only one
contribution per person will be considered.

*- Deadline for submission**: 20 December 2020*

*- Notification of acceptance**: 20 January 2021*

For individual paper submissions, an abstract of up to 500 words suitably
prepared for blind reviewing should be submitted in plain text (*do not *attach
files).

For submission of special-theme symposia, comprising 3 to 4 papers, a
single document should be submitted by attaching a WORD file.  It must
contain the title of the symposium, the name of the organizer(s), the names
of all the participants (a maximum of 4)  and titles of their papers, a
general abstract of the symposium (between 400 and 500 words), plus an
abstract of each single paper (up to 500 words each).

Each submission, whether of an individual paper or a symposium, will be
blindly reviewed by two members of the Scientific Committee.

 *Presentations*

Those accepted are expected to give a live zoom presentation (40 minutes
including Q&A session).  While efforts will be made to consider the time
difference as much as possible, please note that you may be asked to give
the presentation early in the morning or late in the evening.
