I am observing the same error ("error on file upload") both on LMS and
Studio, when trying to use the ORA2 component for uploading either a pdf or
an image file.
My problem is that I cannot change the DEFAULT_FILE_STORAGE to filesystem.
It seems that it is using Amazon S3, no matter what I have tried based on
forum threads and recommendations.
