The *marketing* difference is simply branding and audience. Professional 
Education (PE) is intended for working professionals looking to learn more 
focused topics. Verified courses cover a broader range of topics.

between the two course seat types (besides the name) is the fact that 
identity verification may be optional for professional education courses. 
We have intentionally made Otto agnostic regarding course seat differences. 
Otto is simply a means to pay for the product (course). How that product is 
used by the end user is the purview of LMS.
