The documentation about edX transcripts <http://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-partner-course-staff/en/latest/video/video_course.html#add-a-video-transcript> says that the Subrip format is being used. When checking out its Wikipedia page, it does not state anything about special characters. However, after some testing, it seems that é ' ü
and other special characters and quotation marks are not possible, and that you need to use the HTML character entities? Is this correct?
