Hi, Raccoon Gang had recently completed an Open edX gamification project for a big company. It includes assigning gamification points for various course events, course recommendations, badges, gamification dashboard, etc. Besides it's easily extendable to receive signals from other sources - corporate auth system, for example (think "logged-in at or before 9am 30 days straight" badge)
The company is now considering options to open source it, but taking into account their size, i wouldn't expect it happen before summer - getting approvals from legal departments is hard :) Meanwhile, we can help you build similar system if you like.
