Hello Ege,

  I don't know the exact reasoning behind cutoff limits (except common 
practice in using A-F grades), these values are hardcoded in JavaScript 
view.

 You 
may either support your own version with extended grading or talk to edX 
team about this limitation — our team never used more than two cutoffs 
actually.
