I was hoping you get your answer from those 2. now double check if you have
added those settings in their proper place.
for example "ENABLE_COURSEWARE_INDEX" and "ENABLE_LIBRARY_INDEX" should be
added to cms.env.json under "FEATURES".
you can find many logs under /edx/var/log/ . the most useful reports I
usualy use can be found by:
*sudo tail -f /edx/var/log/{supervisor,lms,cms}/*log*
