Hello Kalulu, Yes, the appsembler fork does have this dependency. At time of development we were looking for a very robust and complete solution for handling LMS<>SCORM package communication, handling edge cases, etc.
Work has continued by Raccoon Gang on their version, which does not have the dependency.
