Hi John, thank you for your interest! We have not raised EOCS with any standards bodies yet, but we would be keen to do that for sure. It'd be great to discuss with you how the format could be further formalized and submitted to the relevant bodies, as well as how to continue with the edX (OLX) transpiler work. Thanks!
