I already followed the steps mentioned in https://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-installing-configuring-and-running/en/latest/configuration/customize_registration_page.html <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fedx.readthedocs.io%2Fprojects%2Fedx-installing-configuring-and-running%2Fen%2Flatest%2Fconfiguration%2Fcustomize_registration_page.html&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNFWh6Pa9-7k0GXMfCrZwd801mxuuA> and I succeeded to add a text or select field but it does not work for the filefield type.
