The new forums site is at https://discuss.openedx.org/ It's invite only for now. Respond to me privately, and I'll send you an invite. There's not much there yet, but with a strong response from beta users, we'll be able to populate some discussions before opening it up fully. The plan is launch the forums fully in August. Thanks!
