i915 driver for 945GME is supported OpenSolaris 2009.6 snv106a later
and you can use  NIC driver:
http://homepage2.nifty.com/mrym3/taiyodo/atge-2.6.3.tar.gz
you can also use rwn driver but it needs to be fixed..sometimes it got  
crashed and dumps core.
