Yeah I haven't tried rwn driver on std OS build 121,but it can get  
strong signalas (I could see my rwn got strong signal)
So you might better pkg image-update to try latest rwn driver.

if it doesn't work well on your Eee,beadm destroy latest your b121 BE  
to stop updating.
