Dear all (specifically to those reporting to campus on a Division approved lab plan),
Good news! As you may know, due to this last year, Safety has suspended regular E-Waste pickup from our buildings. The EAS Division has arranged a one-time E-Waste pick up to clean up E-Waste in Moore on Wednesday, May 12. We have asked for all the e-waste in EAS to be deposited in five areas ahead of the May 12 pick up date. Our pick-up will be inside the loading dock doors cove on the southeast wall OR inside the closet out on the loading dock – your admin assistant has keys to this closest. Please do not move items into this area until Monday, May 10th at the very earliest as we do not create an unsafe situation in the hallway. I hope this helps your groups.
