Hi all,

As we prepare to go back to in-person teaching during the fall, please let me
know if you have any concerns. I need to hear from you by Monday May 31 so that
I can relay all the input to Ravi (please see below).

Best,

Azita

Dear Colleagues,

We are making steady progress towards resuming near-normal operations. We are
moving towards 50% capacity, and the campus will have ~400 undergraduate
students in residence this summer participating in SURF, WAVE, and other
activities. We are also preparing for two classes to be taught in-person this
summer, EE85 and ME13.

We expect that we will resume in-person teaching as our current plan calls for
resuming normal campus operations beginning September 7. We are beginning to
think about our plans for teaching this fall. I would like to hear from each of
you the thoughts of your colleagues on our return to the classroom, including
any concerns they have and issues they foresee. Please send me a summary of
what you learn and your thoughts by Tuesday, June 1. Thank you.

Best regards,
Ravi
