UTILITY & SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTICE ***please post*** Building/s affected: Moore Lab Utility or service being interrupted: Standby Electric Power System Test Date & Time of interruption: Monday 6/7/21 7:00am – 8:00am Potential impact: There will be a test of the standby electric power system. A normal test will cause a brief power outage (less than 10 seconds) to the affected equipment as the loads are transferred from normal power source to generator power source. The load will use generator power for about one hour. The Load will experience a second brief outage when they are transferred back to normal power, concluding the test. Affected: Some lab freezers and receptacles on second floor in rooms 207 – 232. Cryogenics compressors and infra-red on roof. Gas cabinets and gas monitoring, CDP machines, UI Water Control in clean room #70. Building Egress Lighting (corridors & stairwell lighting). Some receptacles and lighting will be affected on all floors. Fire alarm system, Sump Pumps, Elevator Cab Lighting, CITNET on all floors &Wireless network. Special Instructions: If you need verification of a circuit or piece of equipment, contact the persons listed below.
