This is the second release of EFI Boot Guard. A lot of things happened
since the first (unannounced) version 0.1, most notably:

 - support for user-defined variables
 - consolidated state into single ustate variable
 - reworked API
 - rework of internal test suite, addressing build system integration,
   license compliance and coverage aspects
 - added Intel Wildcat LP (PCH9) to iTCO driver
 - Travis CI and Coverity Scan integration
 - 56 files changed, 4424 insertions(+), 2432 deletions(-)

Thanks to all contributors, specifically Andreas who did most of this work!
