Hi,

quite a few changes have piled up since 0.8, so it's time to role out a
new release!

This comes with a lot of small fixes, mostly for the tools but also one
to build against latest Debian (and likely Ubuntu, too). There are also
some news: aarch64 support (just for switching, not yet with a watchdog
driver), WDAT driver, providing a dynamically linkable library
(important for latest SWUpdate and distro packaging) and feature
extensions to the tool, e.g. to more easily update certain parts of an
environment.

Apropos packaging: We are carefully optimistic to have EFI Boot Guard
ready for Debian bookworm as official Debian package. Stay tuned!

And thanks for all contribution!
