* `ContinuationIndentWidth: 8` ensures that in certain scenarios (e.g.
  array of structs, defined over multiple lines) consistently uses tabs
  instead of spaces for alignment.
* `AlignConsecutiveMacros` improves the formatting of preprocessor
  instructions, see [1].
