I would upgrade yes. Check what tzdata you have installed [sorry I don't 
have running 2.1 system yet]. Do a rpm -q tzdata.. The easiest thing to 
do I would think would be the grab the redhat patched version from a 
Centos mirror. Get tzdata-2007c-1.el4 as an rpm and install it. If I 
have a chance I'll build it on 2.0 tomorrow. [I happen to be patching a 
bunch of Solaris boxes right now so :/ ]
