Too sad, this also doesn't work. I've got the idea to edit hosts-file from efw (the efw is also nameserver) to point login.icq.com to 127.0.0.1 an permit the ICQ login in that way. Original ICQ-Client now take too connect a longer time, but still manages it, to get in.
Has really nobody succeded in blocking Access while using the ICQ-Client Version 6?! Can't believe that it isn't possibile using efw at all?!
