Hello !
Whenever we attempt to visit the high-end retailer, www.neimanmarcus.com, we
receive the following error message :
HAVP - Access Denied
Accesss to the page has been denied
because the following virus was detected
ClamAV: Trojan.Clicker.HTML.IFrame
If you have any queries contact your ICT Co-ordinator or Network Manager.
I've tried placing the site into both the proxy exclusions, content filter
exclusions and the antivirus exclusions and none seem to work.
The only way in which I've avoided this problem is to turn OFF the antivirus
functionality which is undesirable.
Any ideas why and / or how to remedy ?
