Hello there, I am not able to change out firewall to endian. Everything is working also port forwarding but small details are not possible.
we have two fix ip adresses ..129 and ..139 1. we have an internal website and mail server in the past the connection to mail.myCompany.com 25 did work and it resolved to address 129 in the ping. if we enable the smtp proxy this does not work anymore because the efw system is listening at ..139 and ignores 129 and thus mail.myCompany.com but going directly via ip address 139 works fine. 2. In the past people connected to the company vpn server via vpn.MyCompany.com now it is not working. Pinging vpn.MyCompany.com try to ping 129 but connection only works via ip address 139 and not the name. 3. Accesing the website via port 80 and www.myCompany.com after adding the port forwarding to the internal web server in the orange zone works fine. how can i resolve this DNS problem. I tried entering the DNS port forwarding to our DNS server inside the intranet.
