There was bug in HAVP that was posted on the HAVP list http:// 
havp.hege.li/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=343.. The solution seemed to  
be to update HAVP [and ClamAV]. The 0.88 release of HAVP should be ok  
this works best with ClamAV 0.93+
