Hi,

first of all very good doc here:

i think your client trying to connect via proxy(192.168.0.1:8080). remove
http-proxy options if exist from .ovpn file.
OR openvpn gui has a feature:
"Use Internet Explorer Proxy Settings (only if manually configured in IE).
"
remove proxy settings from ie.

if not working after this, plz copy paste msg, and .ovpn file.
