Hello,
When you mention “download” can you be more specific? Do you
mean FTP only from one computer, or access only from one computer? Many sites
use HTTP for download these days, and even accessing a web page (surfing) is
technically “downloading” a file (a web page).
I think you will want to adjust the Outgoing Traffic tab under
the Firewall section in either case.

For example i have five computers, all of them can connect to internet, i
want only one computer can download files and the others can not download.
