Hi All,

I just came across an interesting problem on the endian. I thought I would
share my findings.

SpamAssassin is Blocking and allocating quite a few hit Points for the
following 2 Scores
a) 3.4 FH_DATE_PAST_20XX The date is grossly in the future.
b) 2.4 DNS_FROM_OPENWHOIS RBL: Envelope sender listed in bl.open-whois.org.

As you can see the year is now 2010 so this score would have been triggered
because it only registers to 2009. The second one is a site that is defunct
(bl.open-whois.org) so that Black list is a false positive.

I have altered a file called 72_active.cf in the following location
/usr/share/spamassassin and restarted the endian firewall. I deleted the
section that refers to bl.open-whois.org "b)" and changed the date in the the
first point "a)"
Hope this helps some users out there.

Regards,

Tommy
