I installed endian 2.4 community edition today, restored configuration via backup/restore from 2.2 community edition, no problem(s) at all, everything seems to work fine as before. But I found two issues: After editing the network configuration (added default e-mail recipient for notifications) no internet connection was possible. I checked the routing table on the console (command >route<) and found that the default route entry was missing now. Restarting from console (command >reboot<) the EFW did not solve the problem, I had to shut down (command >halt<) EFW, after powering on the default routing table entry was present and internet connection worked. In EFW 2.2 transparent SMTP proxy worked fine with SMTP HELO name (same as the internal mail server is using) configured in Mail server settings. In EFW 2.4 I had to clear this entry to make EFW SMTP proxy delivering mails to the internal mail server (error message: 450 4.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: mail for [192.168.200.1] loops back to myself; from= to= proto=ESMTP helo=) Werner
