When creating a IPsec Net-to-Net Virtual Private Network it will not restart
from web-interface. I preformed the following and it is still not working
correctly:

1) ran efw-upgrade

Channels have 8 new packages:
    efw-ipsec-2.4.3-0.endi...@i586
    kernel-2:2.6.27.19-72....@i586
    kernel-modem-drivers-2.4-15_2.6.27.19_72....@i586
    kernel-module-openswan-2.6.24-4.endian9_2.6.27.19_72....@i586
    kernel-module-r8168-8.016.00-3.endian4_2.6.27.19_72....@i586
    modem-drivers-2.4-15_2.6.27.19_72....@i586
    openswan-2.6.24-4.endian9_2.6.27.19_72....@i586
    r8168-8.016.00-3.endian4_2.6.27.19_72....@i586

2) Rebooted

3) tried re-establishing tunnel from web-interface

4) r...@efw-1275236407:~ # /usr/sbin/ipsec setup status
IPsec stopped
r...@efw-1275236407:~ # /usr/sbin/ipsec setup start
ipsec_setup: Starting Openswan IPsec 2.6.24...
r...@efw-1275236407:~ # /usr/sbin/ipsec setup status
IPsec running - pluto pid: 6854
pluto pid 6854
1 tunnels up
some eroutes exist

5) tunnel is now open and will show as open when you go to IPSEC from VPN in
web-interface.

6) After reboot have to do the samething.

7) bug report will be opened.
