Long time ago, in more than one occasion I was playing with
lm_sensors/pwmconfig/fancontrol and I'm sure it was on 3 pin fan.I dont
recall ever seeing 4 pin fan on computers/servers.
Don't let the 3 wire/pwm confuse you.Just try it ;-)
