It is easy to add a list of sites that do not need authentication by
defining an access policy for the proxy with:
Policy: unfiltered access
Source: any
Destination: .windowsupdate.com
clr.microsoft.com (ecc. ecc.)
Authgroup/user: not required
When: always
Useragent: any
