Amigo ele está instalado?
verifique no administrador como ele está configurado para aparecer, e
qual o número do ícone dele.
ele pode estar setado para ficar escondido na barra de navegação, ou
estar com um número que outra app jah usa.
vc tb pode apenas colocar um "/felamimail" no final da sua url para
ver se a app está instalada e habilitada.
qq coisa grita aih.
