Pessoal, Existe alguma possibilidade de fazer com que o Tracker (Sistema de tickets) sempre envie o anexo juntamente com o sumário de atividade?
Por exemplo, ao incluir um anexo em um Ticket o sistema emite um e-mail informando que houve uma atividade nesse ticket, porém é necessário que o usuário acesse o eGroupware para poder visualizar o anexo.
