[eigen] (wiki) RBDL has moved to github

Hi there,

RBDL - the Rigid Body Dynamics Library has moved to GitHub which makes
great use of Eigen3. Its new home is now at https://github.com/rbdl/rbdl.

Would be great if someone could update the link on Eigen's Wiki.
