I have to agree.  Maybe we're all building a program that happens to have a
remarkably similar interface to an EJB server for compatibility reasons. 
Throw in our own specific server API's, XMLC/ROCKS, and DODS and you have a
unique product.  Particularly when Sun doesn't define the server/container
interfaces.  Sounds like a Microsoft-style legal argument. ;-)
