You can pull an updated version of jonas_ejb/deployment/xml
source code from the Enhydra tree at
EE/services/Ejb/modules/JonasEjb/src/org/objectweb/jonas_ejb/deployment/xml
I've just done this for the import in EE.
Let me know if you need any other info.
