One thing that I think is very important to remember is that servlets are
for
WWW use, whilst EJB are more general. You can use EJB as backends for
a webserver or you can connect directly from a Java-based client using IIOP
or RMI. EJBs are more a generic server infrastructure and servlets are
geared
towards intelligent html-pages.
