Both companies offer a caching mechanism that works along the lines of an
object database, but I am not aware that they will eventually flush this
data to an RDBMS. Unfortunately, our company (and the majority of
organizations) still need the warm, fuzzy feeling that comes with an RDBMS
such as Oracle or Sybase.
