Andreas Vogel's book is available right now. My book is in the final
stages of distribution (i.e. a truck full of 'em is on the way to
your local computer bookstore right now. :-) ). I think that most of
the others (Richard Monson-Haefel's, Henri Jubin's, and Ed Roman's)
are due out in the June-July time frame. So you'll go from famine
to feast in 4-8 weeks. :-)
