Having followed this discussion closely, I think both Imre and Ian are
saying the same thing in essence: use the RIGHT granularity. They're just
approaching it from opposite ends.

Imre, I think you did a good job describing some disadvantages of only using
large-granularity beans, and I agree with your points about using the right
sized beans. I believe it is critical that as the EJB architecture evolves
