systems product and service offering to customers.

LOS GATOS, CA., and Barrie, Ontario - November 22, 1999 -- Chaeron
Consulting Corporation.and Fiorano Software, Inc. today announced a
strategic agreement to work closely on both custom application
development and new products based on the FioranoMQ middleware
and Chaeron's consulting services. FioranoMQ is the most widely used

The collaboration between Fiorano and Chaeron will allow customers to
implement highly reliable distributed business systems and services
over the Internet and private networks quicker and easier than ever
before.

Under the agreement, the partners will couple Chaeron's experience in
the architecture, design and development of distributed systems with
Fiorano's founding expertise in the industry-standard Java Message
Service (JMS) specification. The combination of FioranoMQ and
Chaeron's years of experience in building distributed and message-
based systems will enable many new solutions to arise in a wide range
of enterprises and vertical markets. Chaeron will also be developing
companion products to extend FioranoMQ with advanced distributed
system administration, management and testing capabilities in
addition to other features requested by the fast growing Fiorano

"Our focus is to provide our customers with the best tools,
technologies and platforms to enable them to deploy enterprise-wide
distributed applications", said Atul Saini, CEO of Fiorano. "By working
closely with such an experienced and knowledgeable organization
such as Chaeron Consulting, we are insuring that customers receive
the full business benefits of our powerful technology. Customers
adopting a FioranoMQ based solution will benefit from the only 100
percent JMS-compliant product capable of location-independent
messaging using either topic-based or point-to-point event notification",
continued Mr. Saini.

"FioranoMQ enables us to help clients develop distributed applictions
that seamlessly interoperate among new and legacy systems without
the customer having to lose their investment in existing hardware and
software", responded Andrzej Taramina, president of Chaeron
Consulting. "This technology enables the development of unique
distributed applications that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive or
technologically unfeasable." Mr. Taramina added that "Everyone at
Chaeron Consulting is excited about the opportunity to work with
Fiorano, and to develop companion products for FioranoMQ that will
offer even more capability to an already outstanding product."
