Er..is this something new? MQSeries (the part I worked with in the past)
is just a messaging system with  multi-platform support, noteably a lot
of mainframe/mini support. I wasn't aware of workflow support in
Forte either. I guess all of this stuff really depends on your definition
of what workflow means.
IBM MQSeries Workflow is a workflow management system (WFMS), including
buid-time tools (business process modeling) and runtime components.
It uses MQSeries as the underlying transport mechanism for interprocess
communications and for external system integration.
 
Sun Forté has several products, one of them is Fusion/Conductor, which is
also a full-blown WFMS. It builds on the Forté TOOL programming language,
design time workshops and configuration, distribution, deployment and
monitoring tools of the Forté platform.
