I develop on a win98 machine, and often run the server, client, and
database on one machine while I'm on the road.
I use Ejipt's EJB server, now a part of Allaire's application server, JRun.
and the HypersonicSQL (Open source) for my developmenet work.
(The deployed system uses an Oracle database)
