Hi

I'm having a little trouble deploying EJB's using the deploytool on a
server
that is __not__ localhost, or alias to it.

I have the standard J2EE setup on the first machine (stinky) which is a
Redhat
Linux system, which when apps are deployed locally they work fine. And a
second
system called jonny which is setup exactly the same.

If I try to use the deploytool to look at the list of apps deployed on
stinky
whilst logged into jonny I get;

[jools@jonny ~]$ deploytool -listApps stinky

Sender object Deploytool (Main) : Could not connect to stinky

However if I log into stinky and run the same command I get;

[jools@stinky jools]$ deploytool -listApps stinky

The following apps are deployed on stinky:
        ConverterApp
        MusicApp
        JiniApp
        RipApp
        CVSApp

I've searched all over for a pointer in getting this working but to no
avail.

I'm guessing I need to setup my JNDI properly, and with that in mind I'm
currently
working my way through the JNDI docs now, but I'm not getting very
inspired. :-(

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks
