I suggest you to use the command prompt for the deployment of beans onto
Weblogic server. The deployer tool comes with Weblogic makes you a
frustrated man. I had a hard time with this tool and still having..

If you get a chance, have a look at Inprise's application server deployment
tool, it's so easy to use. You can deploy the components within minutes.

Weblogic should certainly focus on their deployment tool. It has a longway
to go.

Here are some of the commands to compile and deploy the beans on to weblogic
server.

Before starting the compilation, go to weblogic directory and run the
setenv.bat file.

1. D:\weblogic>java weblogic.ejbc -compiler javac
d:\eorders\std_ejb_orders.jar d:\weblogic\myserver\ejb_orders.jar

For deployment

2. D:\weblogic>java weblogic.deploy -port 7001 -host localhost deploy
localhost demo d:\weblogic\myserver\ejb_eorders.jar

For more information, refer to Weblogic documentation on 'EJB Deployment'
section.

Hope it helps you out.

Cheers - Rajender
