You should specify the JNDI name in the weblogic-ejb-jar.xml file as
follows.
<reference-descriptor>
<resource-description>
<res-ref-name>jdbc/pool</res-ref-name>
<jndi-name>DemoDataSource</jndi-name>
</resource-description>
</reference-descriptor>
this xml file can be generated automatically if you are using EJB deployer
tool.
