What I've done is put the jar file containing the drivers in the <weblogic
home>/classes/boot/ directory and then in the startWebLogic.sh script (or
the startWebLogic.cmd script if you're using windows) add the the jar file
to the JAVACLASSPATH variable like so:
JAVACLASSPATH=./lib/weblogic451sp9boot.jar:./classes/boot/oracle.jar:./class
es/boot/mail.jar:./classes/boot/activation.jar:./classes/boot:./lib/poolorb.jar
It works for us.....
