Subject: Ex:3 :Testing Sun's J2EE RI 1.2.1 kit 15 examples:
Hi friends,
I was considering not to use Cloudscape and rather use my present
SQLServer6.5 RDBMS for testing Sun's Entity Bean like examples on J2EE
RI 1.2.1.
1.is it possible to use JDBC-ODBC bridge to test the simple EJB examples??
without any sort of compatibility trouble relevant to JDK1.3 or JDBC 2.0 or
J2EE.
please tell me if other reasons exist.purpose is learning/testing and not
commercial
deployment right now.
2. May i know where and how exactly I have to put the JdbcOdbcDriver URL
and
DSN,USERNAME,PASSWORD informations either for CMP/BMPs
thanks a lot for ur early reply
